Check-in begins at 14:00 and check-out is at 10:00 at Rivers Edge. Early check-in or late check-out may be available at an additional cost.
Yes, the pricing includes full linen, including bedding, bath towels, face clothes and hand towels for the number of guests advised.
Guests just need to bring swimming towels if planning to experience the Tekapo Springs Hot Pools.
Yes, Rivers Edge is cleaned before and after each stay. Upon your departure we simply ask that you leave the property tidy, with dishes done. Our property is smoke-free. If there is excessive cleaning or rubbish handling required on your departure this will be charged to your credit card and you would be promptly advised.
Yes, Rivers Edge provides free WIFI.
In accordance with our payment policy, the full amount will be deducted from your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. Upon successful processing of the payment, we will email your suite allocation and a unique door code which will allow you to check yourselves in on arrival. We accept Visa & Mastercard. AMEX and Diners cards are not accepted.
